Originally designed to accommodate three tenant spaces, this commercial building underwent modifications during development to support five businesses. The design embraces a contemporary aesthetic, blending wood and metal materials for a modern yet inviting appearance. Arc Central was responsible for designing the building shell, while the owner collaborated with tenants to tailor interior spaces. As businesses prepare to move in, our team continues to work closely with the owner and tenants to develop customized layouts that meet their operational needs.
