Arc Central LLC was founded in 2003 by principal architect James Lucas and two business partners. With more than 30 years of architectural design experience, Jim has led the firm's growth while serving clients throughout Wisconsin. After the retirement of the other founding partners, Jim continued to build the firm independently. In 2020, Arc Central began expanding its team and today consists of six professionals, including a principal architect, business manager, and four designers. Arc Central manages more than 100 projects each year, ranging from small residential renovations to large commercial developments. The firm's commitment to personalized service and design solutions has allowed it to build long-term relationships with clients across many industries.
