Arc Central helped bring our client's vision to life with a 1,330 square foot garage addition that doubled the garage space, providing plenty of room for boat storage and a dedicated workshop.

The new addition also allowed for an expanded second floor deck, creating a spacious outdoor living area that's perfect for hosting family and friends. An outdoor kitchenette is currently in the works, making this space even closer to the ultimate backyard retreat.

To complete the transformation, the existing gazebo was relocated closer to the water, preserving a beloved feature while creating the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the waterfront views.
