Arc Central collaborated with a local nonprofit organization to develop a new mixed-use building designed to support economic development. The first floor features rentable office suites for small business owners, along with a bank designed with an atrium that brings in natural light. The second floor includes two residential apartment units and an outdoor seating and dining area.
