This project is an energy-efficient, affordable duplex designed with a compact footprint and a contemporary architectural expression. The building contains two residential units—a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story upper unit and a 1-bedroom, 1-bath lower unit—providing flexible housing within a single structure. The exterior combines contemporary and traditional siding materials to form a minimalist yet monumental massing, emphasizing clean lines, balanced proportions, and restrained detailing.
